Most of the softwares are too complex. There are also many use cases where a general solution is preferred instead of the special purpose one, so the companies can store data the way they want.

* Solution:
Simpleness and generality. A tool in the hand of companies with what they can extend their infrastructures and fill the holes and optimize their processes where it is not worth to develop a custom one taking too much time, efforts and money.
