2 Websites for Sale DA 37 and DA 40

I have one website for sale. (Sorry I know it says 2 but I changed my mind on the lower DA one and will keep it unless an amazing offer comes my way)

There are associated social media accounts but those could only possibly be negotiated separately as I do have use for them.
If you want the social media account as well add $3000 to the price.

Website is over 2 years old and established.

I have not done that much with the blog this year but it has continued to hold its own. I would accept an offer of $5,000 FIRM from the right person for JUST the website but sale must be made before 8/25/17.

This is the easiest kind of website because for the most part others come up with content for you by posting other people's giveaways. This alone provides some ad network income and then with sponsored posts and product reviews it makes up the rest. The earning potential is much higher because I am older and hate to do videos and videos are in high demand.

Income was approximately $7500 last year not counting product income too. Usually value is determined by one year of income and often people multiply it by 2 so this is a very good deal.

The expenses would be what you made of them. I tend to outsource a lot since I am disabled. If you do the work yourself there would be very little expense involved. I also don't do any work with videos which severely means I turn down about 50% of the work that comes my way.

I do have an assistant that does a lot of the work. She does a great job posting giveaways to my blog and on sites like online-sweeptakes.com and others.

She can help with writing but it isn't her favorite. She has been posting to social media for me using Viraltag which I highly recommend. Or she schedules directly to Facebook so there is better reach.

Her name can be given upon request.

If anyone is interested send me an email. For someone just starting out, it might be a jump start to a higher DA and social media following (if you choose the social media) which simply takes time to build.

I can provide a copy of last years taxes and some other documentation. Ownership will be taken by 8/31/17 unless other arrangements have been made.
