I’ve been using Coursiv for a couple of months now, and I wanted to share my experience in case anyone is considering it. Overall, it’s been a mixed bag—there’s a lot to like, but also some areas where I feel it could improve.

Let’s start with the positives of Coursiv. The platform positions itself as the “ultimate learning partner” with AI-driven technology at its core, and I think that’s where it shines. It offers a range of AI courses that are super beginner-friendly. I appreciated how it breaks down complex concepts into digestible, interactive lessons, which is perfect for someone just stepping into the AI world or looking to boost their skills in digital marketing or content creation.

One thing I really liked was the emphasis on hands-on learning. The courses include real-world case studies and examples, so you’re not just memorizing theory but also seeing how to apply it in practical scenarios. The AI-powered tools they integrate are also quite useful—things like generating images (similar to DALL-E) or automating routine tasks were great for creativity and productivity.

That said, it’s not all smooth sailing. For starters, the Coursiv subscription model is a bit pricey for what you’re getting. While the coursiv app is user-friendly, I found some of the courses a bit repetitive, especially once you move beyond the basics. There’s a lot of focus on AI’s impact and less on exploring deeper real-world applications in some areas.

Another drawback for me was the customer support team. They’re responsive but not always helpful—there were times I felt like I was getting generic answers rather than real solutions. Plus, the platform could definitely use more advanced courses for people who want to go beyond the beginner-friendly material and dive deeper into cutting-edge AI tools.

Also, if you’re hoping for a completely personalized learning experience, you might be a bit underwhelmed. While there’s some customization, like personalized paths and customized content, it still felt like a “one-size-fits-all” approach at times.

Despite its flaws, Coursiv does a decent job of introducing you to AI-powered learning and helping you turn theory into practice. If you’re looking to learn new skills for a remote profession or enhance your current role, it’s worth checking out—just go in with realistic expectations. I’d say it’s best for beginners or those exploring a new field, but if you’re already experienced, you might find it lacking depth.
