12 Minute Payday Review - The TRUTH!
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Welcome to my 12 Minute Payday review!

12 Minute Payday is a brand new system from Justin and Steven James and I've been taking a closer look. On this page I'm going to share my full review based on my experience.

Before I start - Click here to see how I make a full time income online (5-figures per month)

First thing I want to mention is a positive because 12 Minute Payday is one of few products teaching a genuine method to make money online. So what is that method? It's list building!

If you want to make money online you need to be list building. When I started list building that is when everything changed for me and I finally started building a profitable and far more sustainable online business.

With 12 Minute Payday you get access to 5 website templates that are going to help you build your list. These are known in the business as lead capture pages, or squeeze pages. The primary objective is for the page to capture a visitors email address so that they become a subscriber. This allows you to build a better relationship with the person and continue to send more offers that they may be interested in.

What a lot of people don't realize when it comes to internet marketing is that the sale of a product is often not made on the first exposure to it. If you send traffic directly to a sales page only a small fraction of people may buy. We are talking literally 0.5% to 1%, and the rest will leave the page never to be seen again. When you list build you are able to contact the people who visited the sales page as many times as you want via your autoresponder which will increase the amount of money you can make.

Positives for 12 Minute Payday:
  • A method that actually works
  • Not binary options
  • Not a cpa hosting offer
  • Real creators (not actors)
Negatives for 12 Minute Payday:
  • Unrealistic income (despite being much more realistic than other systems)
  • Better alternatives
Whilst this product teaches a good method and gives you the right tools to start building your list I personally believe there are better alternatives out there. I use LeadPages.net for my lead capture pages and they are in my opinion the best in the business. I think solutions to building your list like LeadPages.net are the future whereas having squeeze pages installed on your own domain is a little old school these days and makes it harder to track your opt in conversion rate.

On the flip side this is a cheaper solution when you are getting started.

With that being said it's nice to give a review of a system that isn't your typical binary offer or waste of time marketing software app.

If you have experience with 12 Minute Payday feel free to share it

Thanks for stopping by!

Very good review but I don't know why yu think lead pages is better than hosting your own squeeze pages.

If you use aweber as an autoresponder they also traffic your visitors and conversions.

I do agree lead pages is but I would much rather save the money that it costs monthly and host my own squeeze pages.

First, I'd like to say that I am one of those people that are at a point in their life where I'm desperate! I don't know how I got here, but my divorce of a 30 yr. marriage and losing my job both contributed to my below bankrupt status!! All I want to do is make enough to keep my home!

I signed up for 12 Minute Pay Day last Saturday, thinking it was going to be a great thing and finally somewhere I could make a little money. I went through all the training modules, got the 5 pages up just as they instructed. It really was easy to do, especially for someone new like me who is desperately trying to find a way to make just a little extra money each month to save my home! So far, this was ALL free!!

I came to the first cost when I paid only $9 for the program. I figured I could afford that. (I've been selling odds and ends around the house to live on) I was excited!! I thought I finally found a way that I could start to make a little extra money to not be out on the street in a month!! (REALLY)

I followed along, as this was the FIRST time I had ever seen a program that got right to the point and SHOWED you step by step what to do!! Whoo hoo!! I set up a ClickSure account and the 5 offers that I was going to test! Finally....something that was easy to set up and I could start right away!! The instruction Modules were wonderful!! THEN, there it was.....the first upsell that you HAD to have in order to get started!! It was going to cost a monthly fee for the autoresponder from GoGvo.

Then, there was the 2nd one! This was for something called "Click.org" which keeps your link hidden and your emails from going into spam....or something like that. You can choose which option you want. They recommend the one for $49, I wanted the cheapest one at $9, of course, but it wouldn't do what they need, so I had to go for the 2nd one which is $29 a month. I don't like to sign up for anything that has a monthly fee, as there isn't anything in my account for next month!

Ok.... I figured if they were being this honest and forthcoming with all they were showing, I should just give it a try for a month. Thought I was set and ready to go, as all my offers were set up as instructed! This was step 4! My autoresponder is set, my Click.org is set and I'm ready!! I will only get one autoresponder with the option I chose. hmmm.... There are many for the one that's $49 or $99.

Step 5 was optional, so I didn't/couldn't do it. It's to double your profits, but I figured I could always add it later, along with a few of the other upsells that I would probably do once I started making money. This, however, was another $19.99 a month....not right now.

Step 6 was the topper!! I know it probably doesn't sound like a lot to most people, but $34.95 a month is just a bit much for me now since doing the other things, there is only $11 left in my checking account and I no longer have credit!

So here I am, pretty much ready to go, and can't afford to pay for the traffic....sigh. I am frustrated and discouraged! I've never been so disappointed and depressed! Any suggestions to get started would be greatly appreciated!! I don't mind doing the upsells, but need to make money to do it first! What a Catch-22!!

Broker than bankrupt.....

(and by the way, no one cares if you are going to become homeless!! It's all about the money!) All my life I helped others when they didn't have rent money or needed a car payment, etc. Funny, when you need help, no one is there........ just a thought!

i'm with you joycedid,by the time your set up your monthly cost is like over $100, and they don't really have a product, i think they are really 5minute mogul because that's all they promote. i ended up canceling and getting refunds on everything i joined to profit from their so called product. also all the emails i'm still getting from them is for binary sites and commission glitch and other products there trying to get commissions from me purchasing, i'm really starting to think there is no one in the internet business that really cares about anyone but themselves, it's very disheartening. Hopefully someone will come along that gives a s**t. So until then i'm plugging along on my own trying to make something happen.

I requested refunds from all the areas that I signed up for as no one from customer service answered me. So, I had no idea where to go from there to start promoting it! They were very prompt with refunding!

I'll share my experience with the 12 minute payday ... some low-life is using my email address to send emails that trick people into clicking what they think is something else but it is actually the 12 minute payday landing page.

But let's be frank - a product that promises results without the ongoing investment of time, money and effort is so obviously shonky - nobody should be surprised if part of the trick of the business model is to leverage someone else's investment - and highjacking someone's email address to trick all their email contacts into thinking it is a genuine email is sooo clever - who would have ever thought of that?

I spoke too soon!! Click.org has not sent a refund yet and hasn't answered my request either! There were 2 charges from them too! One was for $2 and the other was for $29. I don't want the charges to continue each month.

Does anyone know how to speed this process up?

Thanks

Joyce if you have all the detail and email you may have made with regard to the refund, if the payment was by credit card, ask the Credit Card legal department to assist. They will do this willingly when there is reason to believe that what you purchased was not as advertised, or if there was a guarantee that the supplier was not living up to.

Also use the opportunity to make sure that no monthly payments continue.

Good Luck

Joyce, I am in the same situation as you, having gone through a bankruptcy and about to go through a divorce. I have spent my last dollars on programs to save my financial ass. I will now be selling my home and using the cash to start an IM business.

In my experience, the vast majority of BizOp offers are BS (I hate to say it but some of the worst are WSOs). Successful promoters are really good at painting a picture of how their product will make you lots of money, fast, with little effort, and minimal investment. They have testimonials, screen captures, income proof, etc. I have been buying and trying these systems for years and have yet to find an offer that is completely truthful.

Does that mean that the systems don't work? Some do some don't. But an offer for a system that does work may still mislead you, leave out critical requirements, and falsify testimonials, results, and proof of income. Some just blatantly lie.

Why would they do this?
  1. They want to make sales.
  2. Internet marketing wannabes are a gullible lot because they have been conditioned to believe they can make a lot of money, quickly and easily, without working or investing. Easy sale.
  3. Studies have shown that about 50% who buy a self-development product never even open it, about 35% read it but never do anything with it, 10% never follow through fully, and only 5% implement it fully. The vendors know that most customers will not even go far enough to find out if it works in the return period (typically 60 days), let alone actually going to the trouble of requesting a refund. Vendors know that they will give out few refunds even if the offer is BS.
  4. What if the vendor pitched you a truthful offer that said, "If you are in the top 1-5% of the people who implement this system you could make the money suggested here. To get the results, you need to spend many hours learning and setting up, spend a lot of money on other products/services and advertising, and it could take a year of steady and consistent effort to see any return on investment or profit. The people who got the results in the testimonials are experienced internet marketers, with huge, responsive lists, large advertising budgets, and often support teams to help them execute. About 80% will lose money." Who would buy that offer?
It is true that an internet business is easier to set up than other businesses, such as a retail store, a service company, a manufacturer, etc. But like all businesses, you need a plan, you need a product and possibly inventory, you need to buy tools and equipment, you need outside services, you need training, you need you need advertising, and you you need an entrepreneurial mindset. If you don't have all of that and can't buy what you don't have, then you will fail. Most biz op offers give you only 1 of those, 2-3 if you are lucky and those extras will likely be an upgrade product (the infamous OTO)

Most businesses last less than five years, after the owner works almost for free and spends his life savings. The rule of thumb in most businesses is lose money in your first year, break even in your second, and generate a small profit in your third. An internet business is absolutely easier than a bricks and mortar business, but it's still a business. It takes knowledge, effort, perseverance, time, and money to be successful. If they tell you it doesn't, they are lying.

I found this thread while googling the opportunity and I suggest that you do the same whenever evaluating an opportunity. You will have to wade through numerous fake reviews to find the odd legit one, like I did here. Research the product creators and find out f they are legit or not. Be very suspicious of income claims and testimonials -- they are often fake or not realistic for you. Find out how much time and money you need to get the income you are looking for (difficult, I know).

Having your own business isn't for everyone. If it is for you, consider selling your house or getting one or two jobs to save up enough money to start your business. A blunt message, not what you want to hear, but honest.

Good luck.

Michael
If I helped you, please thank me.

I hope you've managed to find your way now. If not Google Alex Jeffries, he has a lot of useful free training and is the real deal.

Hope this helps
