For legal reasons I am offering this only for warriors from European Union, if you are outside EU, then I won't be able to help you

I have built online business over several years, which takes about 2-3 hours per day to handle (in some rare cases - ~5 hours). The thing is that I am about to establish physical, traditional business in my country and would like to discontinue this online business in the future (in other words just change it to offline business).
What I am offering is to teach everything that I know and how to earn at least as much as I am earning recently.
I am ready to meet the buyer of this offer in person an teach everything I know in person, during period of 5 days (would take not more than 2-4 hours/day).

In case of purchase, we will sign agreement in English language so both sides would keep their obligations and both sides would be secured by EU laws.

The main conditions of this offer:
Initial price: 10'000 EUR (I am not requiring to pay all amount in advance)
Sharing 25% of NET profit for the 1st year of active business. No additionall fees on 2nd year and later.
