I am still awaiting a response its been 11 days since I confirmed payment with him and there is no response...

He asked for the article BEFORE he sent me the article. He said "article is complete". So, I sent him the payment. He replied as "Will send the article". Now it's been a day, I haven't even heard back from him. Does it take 24 hour to send the article that is already 'complete'?
