HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FROM PLR materials

and all done in a clean, sleek, and professional pdf format, color scheme, and text style.

And YES, if you're wondering, I will be updating you on a daily basis, and you will be able to adjust the work as you see fit. So for example, if you don't like the color scheme I'm using, or text font, or header, or word spacing, these are all things that can be addresses and more.
