Normal websites will not have any issues. If you started backing up your movie collection to the virtual hosting FTP account. Then you would have an issue with our terms of service.
You can always upgrade to a VPS.

I have a couple of things to ask.

1. I want to put up around 50 or so Wordpress Blogs that may range from 20 to 50 megabytes each, would that eat up to many inodes or bandwidth?

2. Do you allow auto blogging software?

3. Your referral program of $100, can a Blog or Website builder log into a clients account and build a site for them without being penalized like happens with Hostgator and other hosting companies. If not then can something be worked out at a lower payout that will allow me to do so?

I have a question before I order: Does your server allow pop up and pop under script? I am going to be hosting a domain whereby when mouse hovers over the address or any of the site there will be pop up. I understand some web hosts don't allow this. Do you?

It will not be a problem for inodes. Bandwidth will depend on the traffic levels. It should also not be a problem.

As long as the software is able to run on a linux server as a regular user. It should be no problem.

You would have the same problem with our affiliate program. Hosts do not want the affiliate to have any relation to the customer.

I switched to Interserver from Hostgator, and so far I love interserver far more than hostgator. I've had a couple of glitches in the service, but technical support is right on top of things, and very responsive. My websites are faster than ever! At hostgator, pingdom would report a page load time of around 8-10 seconds. On interserver, it loads at around 2 seconds. Way faster. Keep up the fantastic work.

I rarely post on this forum, but after working with Saturn and this team wonderful team of creative folks, I feel obligated to get the word out about their skills and professionalism.

I got in touch with Saturn a little over a week ago with a vague idea for a website design I wanted created in the computer software niche. I supplied him with just a few pieces of information and said, "Have at it!"

I told him I needed some sort of header logo created that would also capture the site name
- I supplied him with a couple live websites that I thought some elements could be pulled from for my site.
- I have him a few specific layout and color requirements

To most, this may be veru little information for him to work with, but in just a few days time, I received an email back from Saturn saying the site is pretty much done! 2-3 days and I was nearly in business. The first logo he came back to me with was perfect and it's the logo I am using on the site. It's creatively incorporates the site name into the logo and I think it looks sharp.

The two sites that I showed him for inspiration definitely gave some conceptual help, but nearly all the design is unique to these 2 sites or any others for that matter.

The color layout for various functions of the site turned out perfect the first pass around.

I have only had to ask for a couple extremely small modifications to the site. Not because of their errors, but rather because I changed my mind on a couple things during this project.

Check out their new, simplistic website that show some of their recent work. Then shoot them and email and get a deal in the works with Saturn and his team. They are a great group of experienced designers and can handle just about any challenge you sent to them.

I have 2 more projects I am now working with Saturn on because I'm so happy with this first time result.

Could my site be moved without much trouble? the crappy company I use now is called "webair" and they do not use cpanel but a proprietary control panel that they created. My main concern is moving the site (which is running on drupal 7) over to a new host.

Same, We can move the Drupal portion of the site over without any problems. as long as there is a way to grab the database and files off your current host. Since its not cpanel to cpanel we would not be about to move anything else like email.

Update - Basic shared hosting setup worked fine, however the $1.99 domain name shown on their
website IS NOT INCLUDED with the 2 bux a month plan. I wouldn't have a problem with that
if it was clearly spelled out. But it isn't so be aware of that.

What can you hope to get from a hosting company that gives hosting for $ 2 only?

I purchased hosting from Mike a couple of days ago and I ran into issues when setting up the site.

I emailed the support team and the automated response was that they would reply within 1 or 2 hours. Fair enough, some hosting companies – BIG ones...do not reply for more than 48 hours.

But, I was quite surprised to get a response within the next 5 minutes.

Mike and his team very very kind and understanding and extremely helpful –

This is what you get from a hosting company that gives hosting for $2 only – who says you need the big shots in hosting to get the best? Who says you need a fortune to spend on web hosting? Who says you cannot get good hosting for 2 bucks?

Update - Basic shared hosting setup worked fine, however the $1.99 domain name shown on their website IS NOT INCLUDED with the 2 bux a month plan. I wouldn't have a problem with that if it was clearly spelled out. But it isn't so be aware of that.

Share on: What can you hope to get from a hosting company that gives hosting for $ 2 only? I purchased hosting from Mike a couple of days ago and I ran into issues when setting up the site. I emailed the support team and the automated response was that they would reply within 1 or 2 hours. Fair enough, some hosting companies – BIG ones...do not reply for more than 48 hours. But, I was quite surprised to get a response within the next 5 minutes. Mike and his team very very kind and understanding and extremely helpful – This is what you get from a hosting company that gives hosting for $2 only – who says you need the big shots in hosting to get the best? Who says you need a fortune to spend on web hosting? Who says you cannot get good hosting for 2 bucks? Thanks Mike and Team. Appreciate all your help. Best wishes and regards.
