How to find your public_HTML folder for FTP?

Please help! I have a hosting account with BlueHost and I use the third party FTP called FileZilla and I cannot find the public_HTML folder on my computer for which to upload the files to my website.

I have already connected it and the connection is verified, yet i cannot find the correct public_HTML folder to upload it with!

public_html would be on the server, not your computer.

The files on your computer are wherever you chose to put them...

Filezilla is a tool, not a destination. It bridges your computer to your server.

Are you asking how to connect to the server?

Do you have a hostname, username and password for your FTP account? If so, open Filezilla and you'll see a place for each of those along the top (but below the menu bar). Do that to log in.

On the left you'll see your computer, and on the right you'll see the server. Navigate to the appropriate directory on both sides, then drag and drop files across.

You could probably find a good tutorial either on Filezilla's site or Youtube if you need more help than that.
