how i want to find sliding opt-in form appear on the sales page which pop-up blockers can't block?is there any script?

    Well, there are a few scripts that allow you to have a small window open and fall to the middle of the page, or slowly go across the page, but to have that with an opt-in form... I don't think it would be very effective.

    Try this script and within it, add the script for the opt-in form and see if that works.
