Opinions on two landing page variations plus setup

Hi everyone,

I'd like your opinion on which landing page variation design you think is better for my private health insurance comparison site:

healthcareinsured.co.uk | Compare UK healthcare, Private health insurance from a range of companies

If you look at the original I have moved some of the sections above the fold including logos, testimonial, and the position of certain other things after advice given to me. the difference between the two images are that the blue text boxes appear in different places, which one do you think works better?

    Well to be honest, a student can make a better landing page in 1 hour. Sorry, but there is not much we could rate...a green box, few text and step by step description.

      The pictures are mockups, if you look at the real website it is done properly.

      Your comment is silly and unhelpful, I'm asking a direct question as to whether the blue boxes look better above or below if you have nothing constructive to say, don't say it!

    I like the first image better with the form down at the bottom. Since the form is long I think best to have it towards the bottom after a person has had a chance to see everything else. If it was a short form I would be more likely to put it at top.
