availability only for multiple accomodation listings?

hi,

I have a where to eat/stay/play site for North Devon and want to add availability function for the different accomodation listings, to improve user experience instead of going in and out of all listings and to add value to the accomodation businesses being on my site.

I don't want them to book through me - the site is already taking up too much of my time - but just view when is available. Is this possible via wordpress plugin?

The aim is to get all the independent bnbs, campsites etc on board and i know most of them are not using any current function i can embed into my site. Which also throws up the question of would i need to constantly update this, with all their current bookings etc.

i was looking at wordpress and its all book now plugins and wondered if i can achieve this without it taking ages my end

    What I feel would suit you is an accommodation portal WordPress theme and plugin. Property owners sign up and then they can login and manage the availability of their own listing. This alleviates the need for you to manage bookings. The visitor deals directly with the property owner.

    WP Rentals is one such theme I have looked at and appears to offer what you require. Do a search on ThemeForest. WP Booking Calendar Personal is another such plugin supporting mult-users/accommodation providers.
