Recently in February 2018 we have changed design.

And shifted my website from http to https

Since i change design and https from then i am not able to get any ranking.

Before whenever i create new page, it use to get ranked within 24 hours, but not now.

Anyone here seo expert , who can review my website and tell me, what would be the reason behind this.

Here is my website : www.coolcake.in - Hyderabad's No.1 online cake delivery website.

yes you can see a change in ranking because all your previous links are directed to http. You can add a canonical tag so that the links may redirect to your new https URL. Please check you website Sitemap as if there are files which are made of http they also affect your SEO ranking.

It will be a temporary change and will be automatically fixed. Just make sure you have forced SSL connection and all your site pages are with https.

    No mixed content should appear.

https is always a great option, in my opinion the drop wasn't caused from switching over, most likely it was a standard Google dance.

Never worried about http to https, use .htaccess to force every link directly to https. Then update with fresh content 1 or 2 great articles every week or you may simply solve that problem by resubmit your website on google webmaster tools, be sure your sitemap in https

google consider http and https as different websites, so you need to perform 301 redirect to https.

Yes you always need to make sure you change the primary domain in google webmasters to https and resubmit in Webmasters.....about 7 days is usual to see an issue.
