Stock photography giant Shutterstock released an infographic discussing the upcoming colour trends next year, 2020. As a summary:

Color is a simple, yet powerful form of messaging. It portrays a wide range of emotions without so much as a word or image. Color can highlight something important or just as easily disguise something insignificant. It can invoke the past, inform the present, and inspire the future. The role color plays in our visual world is so absolute that its power is hard to overestimate.
And the colours are:

1. #FF4500 - Lush Lava



2. #7FFFD4 - Aqua Menthe



3. #191970 - Phantom Blue

    They're all great color choices (coming from a painter/creative professional). My ultimate pick would have to be the Phantom Blue. I'll be writing these down to incorporate them into some 2020 designs for sure.
