A little help required please.

Trying to set up a new blog. Everytime I try and add a package in abarth it says Account Creation Status: failed (Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf))
My problem is first where do I find this httpd.conf ? Any help appreciated.

    ok this happens sometimes when someone else on the same host has owned the same domain. it means. if you own bob.com and you just got it and someone else on your host used to own bob.com and they still have it listed in there domains, that the Hosts computers basically telling you its already in the system so YOU cant add it. you have to contact the hosts, ask them about the problem and get them to contact whoever owned it to remove it or they remove it for you.

    So contact the host and explain what domain or name your trying to register the blog as, general users cant mess with the httpd.conf thats root server stuff.
