Delaying purchase button from loading

Does anyone have code to delay a button from loading until a specified time or event?

I have a 45 minute video, and want a purchase button to be hidden, then to appear in the last 5 minutes of the presentation. Also want to make sure that if they reload the page for some reason in the presentation, the button still loads at the correct point.

Ideas?

Check out the Flowplayer video player -- it has "cue points" where you can specify certain things to happen at any given time during the video. There's a pretty big learning curve for that, but you only have to figure it out once.

(Warning, blatant plug!) Or you could use something like Instant Video Web Pages that makes it "point and click" easy to put up video pages with cue points. Well, IVWP isn't available yet, but it will be launched in a few days. =
