Hello,

we are now preparing redesig of our eshop at www.Silver.Ag/en/ . We need to send specific demands to designing company.

Can you please give me your recommendations what you like/do not like on this site? Please let me know:

1. Are you missing any informations on main page? Are some information not necessary on main page?
2. Do you expect more text or better bigger pictures?
3. Do you need some more company contacts directly on main page?
4. Do you preffer to have design 1000px wide instead of 800px as it is now?
5. Do you like dark color designes or not?
6. Any additional comments are very welcome (what you like, do not like etc). Please be specific if possible.

    If you want to keep the black, add some texture to it at least. Here I'm talking about the background black. The main part of the site should be in silver with some black here n there.

    The current silver is bulky and embossed a lot, something smooth and sleek would really help.

    Can you tell me also you opinion on usability and credibility? Do you miss some feature (wishlist etc). Is the process of ordering clear? Is the site trustworthy? Why yes or why not?

    On of the big issues that I see, along with the black theme is that your product images are not crisp, they are not clear and tangible....

    If you can get the images to look life like and crisp and clear, it will help you sell more, people are visual and they like to see exactly what the piece will look like.

    You should have the option to view the piece of jewelry in a larger view, and I mean large and clear........

      1. Did you also clicked on detail of the product? Is this picture still not enough?

      2. We already know about the issue it is directly connected with compression of the pictures. Original pictures are very clear, but we use JPEG compression 70% to load page fast.

      For example original picture is 43kb, we compress it to 13kb.

      Would you, as a customer preffer slower page loading and better picture? What compression 50%, 30% or even 0%?

      What do you think about page loading now? Is it fast enough in your location?

        We changed the picture compression to only 1%.

        Is it good now? Is the page loading OK now?

    Dave: Yes, I am sorry for this. This is Slovak language. Slovak language is main language of our eshop and when we are adding some products, at first all of them are in Slovak. Then we translate into other languages (english, german, polish, czech, indonesian...). If there is no translation, the default (Slovak) is shown.
