Bad Image quality on web-page

Hey,

I do have a problem. I need to provide as quality pictures as I can get them in PS.

But there is a problem. When I do the xHTML and CSS convertion (from PS), I get bad pictures, but if I look those pictures directly (on the web, also), they are as they should be.

I really do not have any idea

    luxibfia: I use PS 7 for doing my editing regularly. Have you tried converting to a JPEG from the PS format. Thats the only thing I ever do and it works fine.
