Themes support multiple sites and show/hide post author, post date?

hi, all,



I just installed a new wordpress 3.0 with my hostgator account and ready to create a blog now . Can you guys recommend a good simple theme that supports multiple blogs(wp 3.0 supports multiple blogs, right?) and also has ability to turn on/off showing author name, post date for blog post?

    If you run WP 3+... any theme can work with it. The worst case scenario: older themes don't have the custom menu feature. Other than that, there is nothing that would make a theme not "supporting" multiple blogs.

    I don't know of any theme that would have the option to turn on/off author name and date.

    However, with a simple edit or comment out (//) you can make any template tag to stop working.
    E.g. <?php the_date(); ?> commented out would be <?php // the_date(); ?>

      The Arras theme allows you to show or not show,

      Author (Header)
      Publish Date (Header)
      Categories (Header)
      Tags
      Post Thumbnail
      Author Information

      Theme options -> Layout -> Single Post

      I also "not display" via user.css.
