can somebody chat with me to quick fix my squeeze page!

hi all!
Im finishing up a new squeeze page
you can see it here...(click here for page)
now for some reason, when i add the aweber autoresponder template to the table it always drops below the first two images. i cant figure out why!
is there anybody available on aim, or skype?
EDIT*** for some reason when i paste the javascript code in to the table (im using dreamweaver)... there is a large gap at the top of the form, it looks like some sort of padding inside the table cell. but theres no padding in the css or code... i know this because the other two images are just fine..
or maybe you could post the answer here to help others... thanks!
EDIT** so im guessing i need to use some sort of css within the table to position the opt in box to the top of the table cell??
