Had a quick look, i'd suggest following:

Add more padding to the top of the title "Visit & Explore Kardamena". Put this in your CSS file:

h2.feat-heading { padding-top:20px; }

You also need to determine whether you want title's to span one or two lines. Adding the above fixes the spacing issue at the bottom section's title, but i saw a case where the top title was two lines so where it says "About Kos Town" was spaced properly in the two line case. In the one line case i'd add some extra padding to the title to space things out better.

Other than the title spacing i didn't see too much bad, you have a pretty nice site, and the drop down menus are nice

as you probably saw the layout is breaking up ex where the blue colour background text and image is all "guides" should be displayed there and the back and next arrows should be rotating the articles.

but thats not the case. must be the javascript but no idea how to fix that.

  It's a JS conflict. You have a few things running there that are conflicting / causing the slider to not rotate. Then again, I'm also not familiar with this author of this theme, but if they have a support forum, they should be able to fix it for you.

the theme is a custom developed one and its not based on WP. WP is not that good for a tour operator software.

I hope the visual errors are fixed.
I can give you some quick design Advice for your website, It might help.

1. Fix the Logo Transperency, you can ask your designer to export the Logo as PNG 32 so that it looks more CLEAR. and the Width also sqeezed, please ensure relational width and height.

2. Your website goal is to Book a Room in a Hotel. But the FORM only showing up when we click on the SEARCH tab. Many visitors feel it is not a BOOK A ROOM form, they may not even click on it. So my advice is to change the name from "Search" to "Book a Room" or something which is very related to your website GOAL.

And 90% of visitors don't click, so it is better you SHOWUP the Form always on Homepage so that your CONVERSION ratio will increase.

Also it looks more professional service.

3. Move up the HIGHLIGTS Widget, so that it is visible without Scrolling down page, it is definitely a conversion factor.

50% of visitors won't scroll. So we may miss them seeing the Highlights.

Your js script is empty do you know that?
stayinkos.com/www/public/default/apps/jquery/ui.slider.js
Your slider won't work without a script.

And in your theme.css file change this line

from

.featitem {
margin: 42px 90px 0 74px;

to

.featitem {
margin: 0 90px 0 74px;

that will close the gap above slider.

my biggest surprise is that the page is displayed correctly if the user is logged in via the bottom of the page. http://www.stayinkos.com/booking.cgi?_REGISTER_=yes

You may try it out yourself on the above url.

very frustrating cause i will be going on a travel exhibition next week (wtmlondon) and i cant fix this visual error.

also for the javascript it is there as you will see once you create an account

that was a good one. it did clear the gap above the slider but still the slider isnt working properly

the page though looks correct if you enter as a member. (no difference on the .css - both member and non-member is the same)

Remove this line from your code

it will clear the triangle pointer.

You need to divide your slider from your content part on the page. Right now it all in one.

as you can see here it shows correctly 2011-10-31_0358 - BloggingClicks's library

the problem is when a user is not logged in. and yes slider is is not part of the content part of the page

Can I suggest you to add the credits in the footer. Like copyright, disclaimers, about, contacts - all in the horizontal line, that will look better.

What theme you used as a blueprint for your site? Can you give a link?
