text looks fine to me but for other its out of page

I have started a website, and i have uploaded the fisr test page, It looks perfect to me, however others say that the text is slightly out to the right, out of the main area, I have tried using tables,layers. It doesnt seem to work, but looks fine to me? Any ideas???/

    All fonts render differently in each browser and also based on what fonts the user has on their PC.

    One simple thing you can do is to use a webfont, they are more likely to render the same across browser and PC. Google has hundreds to choose from and its pretty easy to select your font and copy the code supplied by Google and paste it into your CSS.
