Anyone know of a good text to speech software with natural sounding voices? I need it for my power point and like a listen to a blog via video type deal.

I have been working with a developer on such subject and he recommended the following sites to review as we make our own custom applications. These are affiliate links. If just for personal use not sure what is out there. I was looking for SDK text to speech with multiple languages.

Text to Speech | TTS | Free Text to Speech SDK | iSpeech

IVONA Text-to-Speech Voices | TTS Voices | Text To Voice

I'm also looking for something similar. I'm creating a few videos this week, and would love for some software to read out my script... so, need something that sounds very very natural.

Or, is there a way to read the script myself and change the voice such that it sounds more Western? I can do the accent bit, but my voice itself sounds very Indian (as it should be, right? :p ).

Depends, I'm a visually impaired web designer so I use them almost daily. For Windows, I would say Dolphin Supernova, for Mac, the built in voices are brilliant. Personally I prefer the Mac options because they actually notice punctuation, instead of just saying "The boy crossed the road COMMA" It actually makes the sound of taking a breath/pause. Therefore sounds a lot more natural.
