Opt-In Field Within a Graphic?

Ok...here is what we're trying to do.

Add an email opt-in field within a graphic. We'd need to be able to position the opt-in box at a specific point so that it (although the web user won't know it) appears to 'hover' over the graphic.

After the user has entered their email, it submits the info to us and then directs them to a new page.

Possible using Wordpress?

    actually you don't need wordpress for it, if you have a opt-in form for capturing e-mail addresses you can only modify the layout of it making it to float over the graphic using css..

    use this css style.. position:absolute;

    when hovering the graphic or it's container using the javascript event onmouseover
