Firstly great job on the website, it is very professional looking and established.
If you were to change a few things, I probably would just make it a bit more modern. Currently all I see is Red, Red and more Red. I understand this is the branding theme based on the logo, but I would try to tone it down or modernise it somehow.
Consider, gradients instead of one opaque colour in the header bars. I see you have dabbled with some rounded corners, maybe introduce more rounded corners for the other boxes to keep it more standardised. Please consider losing the drop-shodow effects because I don't think it is working at all. Last but not least, just a general tidy up of spacing, padding, and form field heights. For example, your Search Forum text field is massive whilst your Login username and password text fields are teeny weeny!!! Some of these elements are not sitting right either.
I also feel it is a little too busy. Maybe think of putting the logo fully left aligned, and the Search Forum to the right. Maybe lose the big box banner or make it smaller and more professional looking - no need for giant font sizes like that. It actually competes with the logo!
I personally pay attention to the finer details and I believe this is what makes a website really shine.

The logo looks a little 'boxish' - is there any way you could get someone to redesign it to look a little more proessional - you might not to change it 100%, just enough for it to stand out more. Maybe have someone make it in 3D??

Otherwise, an easy to use site - just a lot of spelling/grammar mistakes under each forum subheading:
e.g.
1) "Here we put any new announcement about our forum"
Should be: "Here we put/post any new announcements about our forum"

2) "We as internet Marketing Forum do some interviews with some of internet marketing experts and writers"
Should be: "As an Internet Marketing Forum we do some interviews with internet marketing experts and writers - here's what they have to say!" (Or something like this...)

3) "For anything that is specific to you and requires someone to go look at whatever it is."
Should be something like: "Got a product/website/article that needs feedback? Post it here and see what others think"

These are just a couple of things I lifted from the first page. If you need help proofreading, give me a shout

Increase the width of the top nav bar to match the ending of your logo. It looks much better with a width of 585px

If you're leaving the F Connect button blue, I'd suggest changing the color scheme of your float social icons to their original colors, i.e, YT, Twitter etc. This will brighten up your site a bit more; too much red imo.

Wow, I like the site. Looks a lot like this one. I would move the side info. The left side info for Internet marketing magazine and the social media tabs on the right are bothersome to one's side vision. I would reposition those. I know you want them to be seen, but you don't want them to be intrusive. I think the rest of the site is done quite well.

Are you selling banner space? If so, what are your rates? I saw that Southpoint Casino was featured along the bottom or was that a rotating ad from a marketing company?

Text is still quite small for my old eyes, I know that small text looks better "designely", but it really sucks in readability!

This site has a nice and clean, "more modern" layout. There is quite a bit of red, which could be slightly put offish to some.

Read up on the psychology of colors and how they affect people's actions.

Otherwise you have a nice looking site!

That's much nicer, the black gives a real nice contrast for the red.

You may even consider changing the color of the thread titles as well, possibly make them black with the hover color being red (opposite the way they are now.)

Wow! It looks great to me, it's very active too. Those facebook/youtube links on the right side of the page, is that a plugin or something. I would like to do that on my vbulletin forum.

I took a look at your website, and what struck me firstly - (not the red and black - I quite like that), is the fact that it does not seem to be finished. The heading "INTERNET MARKTING" gets covered by a Facebook "Connect" button - It would also help the visitor visually, if you could move that which is not part of the heading more to the right of the page, such as the login. Otherwise this actually detracts from your heading and gives a "busy" feel to it. Furthermore, if you already have a Facebook button (in red) - I agree with aars that the buttons would look better in their original colours. After all the colours are a part of the company logos and have been chosen for a reason. The recognisability-factor for people wanting to click on these buttons, when the buttons look "safe" and familiar, should also improve...

The social media buttons (in red?) in the column on the far right hand side, are a bit on the large side and detract from the content. This column also partially covers an image of a little figure carrying an oversized yellow pencil - Not sure why that is there. The "Internet Marketing Magazine - subscribe" link (left), could be argued to make the page look "busy" (and you have to tip your head to the side to read it - lol), but it also looks "lonely". Being the only thing on the left hand side, it stands out especially and one´s eyes seem to be drawn towards it, also detracting from the main content of the page.

Great website with good design but you have to make that design to look more matured by putting colours bit dark..........and on the other side i say it looks similar to warrior forums in terms of look and feel.
