Display opt-in form multiple times iframe probllem

I wanted to have 3 copies of a form (using a script which calls an iframe from the e-mailing company) on one page. I'm placing them in hidden divs that open when a subscribe link is clicked. The first time I call the iframe, it works correctly but when I paste the exact same script further down the page it doesn't work.

      Sorry it hasn't been uploaded as I'm still working on it. I see threads about this issue on the net but the solutions given weren't clear to me.
