Trying to find a good wordpress lead generation theme

I want to redesign my business website for good lead generation. A video optin giving away something for free like an ebook, audio or video series is a good way to do this. I need a wordpress (wp) theme to accomodate this with the ability to have a graphic of whatever I am giving away.
Has anyone found any good wp themes that can do this. Optimizepress is good but is very much internet marketing based and not business lead generation based (Hopefully that makes sense as to what I'm getting at). The closest I have come to what I want is solostream themes but with them there is still limitations.
Any ideas on good themes to use for this or is it off to a web designer?

    Why would you need a WP installation just for a "one page site" = a squeeze page?

    That's what you described above: one single page that collects the addresses of leads; i.e. subscribers to your list... and they subscribe in exchange for some kind of ethical bribe (the gift).

      @Istvan. The site will be more than one page. Typical business site with information pages, about us, contact us etc. However on the homepage I want to have a video optin to give away the ethical bribe. Then with page/blog content underneath.
      As I have been searching for themes it seems they fall into two categories. A nice blog theme with say a picture slider on the homepage or an internet marketing theme like optimizepress. One that marries the two seems difficult to find. Ideally it would be a theme like this but with a video optin in the place of the slider.
      It seems to me that for a business you can find nice brochure style themes but ones that allow for lead generation on the homepage are difficult to find.

    I'm using the Lead Rocket Pro plugin. It's quite easy to use and integrate with lots of autoresponders. And, of course, it looks really great.

    I understand that... but here is the point.

    Nobody will ever find a theme that is perfectly fit for whatever special needs they have. Simply, because it is impossible: be it the thousands of free (and very reliable!) themes from the WP site itself or fancy premium (read: expensive) themes... they are targeting a general WP user population. Otherwise you cannot offer them to more than a few people.

    However, the art of finding a theme isn't to pick the perfect-out-of-the-box thing... It is to find the theme with the closest functionality and features to what I need and go from there. People, usually, get stuck with minor details (like yourself with the slider) and are unable to make it to the next step.

    Is there a theme that looks otherwise promising and fitting for the specialty site you are planning? Is the only "issue" having a slider on the top you don't need? For a few bucks any knowledgeable webmaster can remove it and replace it with a good looking optin form that you got from your AR provider.

    So, I can't see your "big" problem and cause for complaint about the lack of themes. Sorry.
