Simple Ad banner rotate html script

Hi
Can any one help me find out best simple html ad banner rotate script with each page refresh.

I don't want to put any header or footer codes on main site.. Script work with separate html or php files and ad code need to put in advertisement place.

    If you don't want to add any code then you won't be able to see banners... period

      As i mentioned i will put code only in advertise code section not on header or footer.. However After search for 6 hours and mix the codes finally found the solution..

      At present 4 images are rotating..
