What directory script do you recommend?

Hello Warriors,


I want to set up a site for http://lawyersads.com/ (Lawyers Ads). I was doing a little research and found that there are some available at a monthly cost. I do not want to get a script for which I would need to pay monthly and would like one that is good but, does not cost a mint. I am also not very techy and so an easy one to take care of would be nice.

I would appreciate any suggestions, guidance or advice you may offer in selecting a directory or classifieds script.

    I tried many of them and they all have the same problem - SPAM. There are too many spam scripts out that see your directory as a target. So the best script is a selfwritten one.

    use wordpress with a directory theme/plugin , it will have an awesome design + be SEO friendly

    How huge is your DB? You might want to check esyndicat free directory script. It does not have that many features at pro version, though could be easily used for some types of websites.
