Inner pages definition.

Guys,
I have doubt and in base of that i dont want to make an erratic decision.

I have requested a quote for a website that included homepage + inner pages design.

So know i am confused and i want to understand what is the definition of inner pages:

A) inner page will be the frame of the content.
B) inner page will be the sub-pages like for example:

Yourpage.con/contacts
Yourpage.con/support

Etc...

Inner pages are simply pages on your website that aren't your homepage.

  Inner pages by my definition are pages only included for logged in members. So the quasi "private" areas.
  
  You should really ask your designer what he means, he should be more than happy to shed light on this.
  
  Less communication mistakes make better products in the end.
