My best choices would be MDDHosting and HostGator. If you want to have good looking professional website, don't use site builders ad templates, use some of the content management systems like WordPress. HostGator will install it for you, you just needs to choose free or buy template and then manage your site.

How will your site look like doesn't depend on the choice of the web host.
