I have another problem with a test page. I have got the background doing what I want and everything lines up well. I plan to make it responsive but that will come later (I already have a page with the code I can look at for that.
But right now I am having trouble figuring out why my navigation bar at the top of this page: An Online Church Ministry - Growing Christians - Reaching The Lost isn't filling the parent div. Any advice?
