Paypal isn't the reason you're not getting sales. Some folks will want Paypal but you not converting 100% of your traffic has nothing to do with Paypal.

We are working pretty hard to clean the Market Place and one of the things we have started to do it's to Ban Sellers...

Most people won't show it. People could have different motivations behind their actions. Some people may just want to do it so they can brag. While others may do it so they can make another business...
