directcpv is quite expensive and they have little traffic,try leadimpact - they have much more traffic and are cheaper,you should be able to get somthing working over there.

Email submits do scrup really hard. If you're really dying to push them check out fluxads.com (always can send out link if you PM :P) for some more zip submits. I'm from the USA so I'm not sure how...

tried and tested email and zips. Waste of time they just make your users sign up to there affiliate oofers to get the gift card or whatever.

Start with few keywords 20-40 instead of 50-100. This way you'll be better able to analyze & track the performance of each kw. Also if you have a fixed budget you may be able to bid higher for fewer...
