Best thing to remember when applying for CPA networks is to be 100% honest. The larger networks that review applications can spot a dishonest application fairly easily.

I have had more success online without promoting lead based offers.

Bid higher! .10 or .20 will get you some impressions. CTR will determine your CPC price so focus on that.

Something to pay attention to:

The suggested bid on facebook is a bid to receive clicks/impressions. What I mean by that is that you'll get traffic with that bid, it just might not be at as fast...
